Israel Country Sales Leader

NVIDIA · Tel Aviv, Israel

Full-timeLead

About the role

Israel is one of the most consequential AI markets in the world relative to its size - a dense concentration of AI-native companies, frontier startups, sovereign and defense programs, and a deep engineering base. We are looking for a Country Leader to own NVIDIA’s business, strategy, and presence in Israel end to end: a strategic, externally credible leader who is equally comfortable setting country strategy with global stakeholders and getting hands-on with customers, partners, and developers.

This person will own the number across all segments and be the face of NVIDIA in the market - with customers, partners, government, ecosystem, and press. Success in this role will manifest in a clear, endorsed Israel country strategy with segment-level plans and an aligned coverage and partner model; Revenue delivered against plan, with a healthier and more predictable forecast across all segments; A named, prioritized AI-native portfolio with measurable engagement and conversion into strategic accounts - including companies NVIDIA was not previously close to. Materially higher NVIDIA visibility and influence in the market: forums, media, government and ecosystem relationships; A strengthened country team, a robust partner ecosystem, and an Israel agenda that global leadership actively engages with.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Country business performance. Define and execute the Israel sales and business strategy; own revenue across enterprise, MOD and defense/security, government and sovereign, AI natives, industry verticals, education, NCPs and ISVs.

  • AI natives. Israel is central to NVIDIA’s AI-native strategy. Systematically identify, attract, engage emerging AI companies early - before they are obvious - and help them build and scale on NVIDIA’s platform, grow them into strategic accounts.

  • Ecosystem and partners. Drive the partner ecosystem across OEMs, ISVs, CSPs, and channel; build the coverage model and capacity needed to scale. Ensure the teams have the right technical resources and capabilities to support such motions.

  • Developer relations and Inception. Lead developer engagement, Inception, community, and ecosystem development programs as a core growth engine, not an adjunct.

  • Operational discipline. Run a rigorous cadence of activities to drive the local business; match demand and supply across strategic accounts and manage allocation trade-offs.

  • Voice of NVIDIA in Israel. Represent NVIDIA at industry forums, executive engagements, and with the press - including interviews and on-record commentary.

  • Team leadership. Nurture, lead, and further develop a high-performing, cross-functional country team, and attract top talent. Maintain strong levels of communication and alignment with the broader NVIDIA operations in Israel, with EMEA and HQ.

  • Advocacy. Put Israel on the map internally - secure attention, investment, and executive engagement from the US and EMEA for the market’s priorities – and externally, amongst other, helping local AI natives access global customers, partners, and markets.

What we need to see:

  • Experience and academic background. A B.Sc. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience. 18+ years of overall experience, with at least 6 years as a manager in the following fields.

  • Deep Israeli market knowledge. An established network and genuine standing across enterprise, MOD and security, government and sovereign, AI natives, healthcare, education, and the startup and ISV ecosystem - knows the leaders and the real decision makers.

  • Technology and AI credibility. Can hold a substantive conversation with a CTO, a founder, a research lead, or a minister, understands and is genuinely interested in where technology is going, how AI delivers value at the application layer, how Nvidia technologies are intertwined with its diffusion across industries and applications.

  • Proven commercial acumen and team leadership at scale. Track record of building and leading commercial and technical teams. Proven success in delivering against significant revenue targets. Proven ability to make decisions with speed and certainty. High energy levels to lead and thrive in a fast-paced environment and ultimately deliver against high expectations.

  • Executive presence and external voice. Comfortable and effective on stage, in the boardroom, and with media. Cognizant of the transformational role that NVIDIA has in leading the current technology platform shift and capable to convey its significance.

  • Cross-organizational navigation and Partner ecosystem fluency. Demonstrated ability to align and influence across US and EMEA organizations by virtue of competence and deep understanding of the local market rather than hierarchical mandate. Hands-on experience building and monetizing OEM, ISV, CSP, and channel relationships.

  • Cultural fit. Thrives in a fast-moving, flat, highly communicative, collaborative structure; low ego, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and speed, very hands-on.

  • Language. Fluent Hebrew and English required.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Holding an MBA or higher education.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and founder experience. Proven track record as a company founder/co-founder, or having led a startup from inception through rapid growth and scaling.

  • Proven innovation leadership. Demonstrated experience driving corporate innovation initiatives, leading open-innovation hubs, or partnering closely with frontier technology incubators and VCs to commercialize breakthrough technologies.
