  • Assist regional leaders on pre-lease feasibility studies and general build issues. Lead initial new site visits and site studies for potential locations globally.

  • Provide strategic mentorship to regional occupancy planners, facility managers, and office managers on architectural planning decisions.

  • Coordinate review of architectural drawings and design documentation for campus projects to ensure alignment with NVIDIA Workplace Guidelines.

  • Serve as the main lead and creative contact for all external architecture, interior development, furniture, and finishes partners worldwide—shaping creative intent and reviewing concepts and specifications.

  • Coordinate budget planning and expenditure on design globally; assess budget constraints and define priorities for value engineering on design and FF&E.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design or architecture from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ overall years of professional experience in corporate workplace development.

  • 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and Bluebeam.

  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and workplace safety standards across multiple global regions.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, concurrent projects across geographies with competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Willingness and ability to travel to NVIDIA office sites in the regions.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience leading in-house global workplace build functions at a high-tech company or within a corporate real estate organization in the technology sector.

  • Well-rounded knowledge of foreign geography, cultures, practices, and markets.
