Responsibilities
Answer calls and assist patients
Verify insurance & update patient information
Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
Explain insurance benefits
Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
Handle administrative & data-entry tasks
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Compensation
$5/hour – First 90 days
$6/hour – After 90 days
Biweekly Pay | Wise
Requirements
Fluent in English
Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred
Excellent communication & phone etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
EHR/EMR experience is a plus
Reliable computer & internet connection
Willing to use Time Doctor & a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
