Key job responsibilities
Key Stakeholder/Client Relationship(s): FC Associates; Team Leads; Area Managers, site HR teams, HR Shared Services, Payroll, High Volume Hiring.
- Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR-related topics, acting as a trusted advisor on people matters.
- Act as a point of contact for FC Associates, supporting their HR needs and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Manage employee cases and support investigations in line with local legislation, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Support initiatives to address and improve the workplace environment and employee engagement across the site.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including High Volume Hiring, HR Shared Services, and Payroll to execute hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with the site HR team to develop, implement, and maintain effective communication plans.
- Lead or support HR projects as assigned, driving them through to completion.
- Collect and analyse data to draw insights on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct compliance audits and apply knowledge of local employment law and legislation with supervision from management.

A day in the life
Every day is a little different as an HR Partner. As the front-line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers in the Fulfillment Center, you'll help drive a positive Associate experience through facilitating engagement activities and managing complex queries. You might spend your morning coaching an Area Manager through a people-related challenge and addressing employee cases, then spend your afternoon analyzing workforce data on attrition and attendance to help the HR team identify trends and act.
As part of the People Experience and Technology Solutions (PXT) team, you'll partner with operations and HR teams to execute company-wide programs, actively seeking opportunities to invent and simplify. You'll support investigations, conduct compliance audits, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR Shared Services, Payroll, and High Volume Hiring — all while developing your knowledge of local employment law and building the skills to insist on the highest standards in everything you do.

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
- Human resources (or related fields) degree and/or work experience
- Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
- Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership

Basic qualifications
- completed university degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
