What you will do:
TheFork works with a wide range of partners to expand its value proposition and address key restaurant needs (technology, marketing, payments, and financing). As Partnerships Operations Manager, you will own partnership operations and drive their strategic expansion to maximize business impact.

Existing Partnership Management: Own day-to-day operations and internal coordination, grow existing partnerships, scale operations, and monitor performance metrics.

Partnership Expansion: Identify and assess new partnership opportunities, source and onboard new partners, and structure commercial deals while managing contract negotiations.

Project Management: Lead key strategic initiatives from scoping and timelines to execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, Legal, Finance) to drive alignment and impact.
Who you are:
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role or sector.
- Proven ability to negotiate and structure commercial partnerships (experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, business development, or partner/vendor management).
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping and planning to execution and rollout.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership.
- Fluency in English.
You Can Impress With These Additions:
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish and/or Italian.
- Experience in a tech or marketplace environment.
- Curious, growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and evolve alongside the business.
- Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry.
