As a Manager, Seller Management, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for managing instock operations on behalf of sellers. You will decipher our customers' and sellers' ever-evolving needs while shaping cutting-edge solutions that elevate their experience with Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of seller management professionals, driving a culture of ownership, innovation, and high performance.
• Own the end-to-end instock management function on behalf of sellers — from selection optimization to sourcing strategies, network design, transshipment planning, demand forecasting, S&OP forecasting, in-stock management, and supply chain planning.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Build and manage complex seller relationships at scale, ensuring seller satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across buying, planning, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver seller-centric outcomes.
• Identify and develop talent pipelines; hire bar-raising talent to support team growth.
• Orchestrate a symphony of workstreams that cut across functions, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, track team KPIs, and present business cases to leadership.
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
- 6+ years of experience on planning functions.
- Understanding of E-E supply chain for hyper-local programs
- Experience managing a team and training/on-boarding new members

Basic qualifications
- Experience managing teams- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

- 6+ years of experience on planning functions.
