Sr Program Manager, Keynote Team
Amazon Web Services, Inc. · Seattle, WA · Program Management
Full-timeSenior
About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) keynotes reach millions of viewers and shape how the world understands cloud and AI. Behind every keynote is a team that turns complex technical ideas into clear, compelling stories for our biggest stages. We are looking for a Program Manager II to run the programs that bring these keynotes to life, coordinating across executives, content creators, product teams, and design partners to deliver presentations on time and at a high quality bar. If you are organized, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of managing high-visibility programs where the details matter, this role puts you at the center of how AWS communicates its most important innovations.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end keynote development program, defining milestones, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and keeping production on schedule across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with executives, product teams, content leads, and design partners to align on themes, messaging, and priorities for each keynote.
- Identify process gaps in how keynotes are built and implement improvements that raise quality and reduce cycle time.
- Define and monitor program metrics to measure delivery performance, then use those insights to inform planning for future events.
- Apply generative artificial intelligence tools where appropriate to streamline documentation, status reporting, and program analysis.
A day in the life
You start your morning checking the keynote production timeline and flagging any deliverables at risk of slipping. Mid-morning, you run a working session with content leads and design partners to review the latest script draft and lock down next steps. After lunch, you pull together a status update for executive stakeholders, summarizing progress and open decisions that need their input. Between meetings, you are refining the intake process for new keynote requests, looking for ways to make the workflow smoother for the next cycle.

If you want to work on programs that shape how millions of people experience AWS innovation, we would love to hear from you.
