Amazon Music is looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will own and scale mobile and growth partnerships that represent the largest driver of BD-led customer acquisition for Amazon Music. You will manage a portfolio of high-impact partnerships across mobile device manufacturers and growth channels, optimise existing deals, negotiate commercial terms that drive mutual value, and identify new opportunities to expand Amazon Music’s growth globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of partnerships,
- Identify, evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities
- Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms, ensuring deals are structured to drive mutual value and long-term growth
- Optimise existing partner performance
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and International teams to deliver partner launches on time and at quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partner stakeholders and internal leadership
- Define and track success metrics across the partner portfolio; present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Stay current on mobile ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging distribution models to inform partnership strategy
- Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
- Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements that drive measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing and optimising a portfolio of partnerships across multiple stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Experience in oral and written communication
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in the mobile OEM ecosystem (device manufacturers, pre-install models, app distribution)
- Experience in music, streaming media, or subscription services
