GSS Creative Studio combines creative and brand expertise with operational excellence to deliver scalable, high-quality creative solutions across Prime Video business lines, channels and marketplaces.
Creative Studio is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver creative projects from validated intake and briefing through approved creative delivery and handoff. This role owns project plans, milestones, dependencies, communication and operational readiness, ensuring creative teams have the information, time and support required to deliver high-quality work.
The ideal candidate can manage multiple low- to mid-complexity projects in parallel, identify risks early and bring structure to ambiguous or changing requirements. They are an effective communicator who can build strong relationships with creative teams, business stakeholders and downstream partners while maintaining clear ownership and delivery expectations.
Key job responsibilities
Manage low- to mid-complexity creative projects from intake and brief validation through creative delivery and downstream handoff.
Confirm project scope, deliverables, requirements, stakeholders, dependencies and approval paths before work begins.
Build and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones based on agreed priorities and creative workflows.
Coordinate creative reviews and track feedback, decisions, revision rounds and approvals.
Ensure stakeholder feedback is consolidated, actionable and delivered within agreed timelines, escalating conflicting direction to the appropriate creative lead.
Partner with Design Management and Operations leadership to support resource planning and identify capacity or workload risks.
Track project health and communicate status, risks, dependencies and decisions to stakeholders and Creative Studio leadership.
Resolve routine project roadblocks independently and escalate issues that require creative, business or leadership decisions.
Maintain accurate project information in approved workflow and reporting systems.
Coordinate complete and timely handoffs to Design Production, campaign teams or other downstream partners.
Capture the project data required to evaluate delivery performance, revision patterns and workflow effectiveness.
Contribute to SOPs, templates and process improvements that increase clarity, consistency and efficiency.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, production coordination or a related field.
- Ability to communicate project status, expectations and dependencies clearly.
- Experience using project or workflow-management tools.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and identify practical solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience in coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery
- Understanding of creative development, key art, campaign design or digital production workflows.
- Experience managing projects across multiple regions, channels or marketplaces.
- Experience using operational data to identify workflow or delivery improvements.
- Knowledge of creative terminology, file requirements and production handoffs.

Basic qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, production coordination or a related field.
- Ability to communicate project status, expectations and dependencies clearly.
- Experience using project or workflow-management tools.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and identify practical solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working for an entertainment agency, studio, or organization- Experience in coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery
- Understanding of creative development, key art, campaign design or digital production workflows.
