Amazon.com Services LLC · Las Vegas, United States · Administrative Support
Full-time
About the role
The Business Ops role is central to how AMZL delivers reliable, secure building access at scale. Every successful delivery into an apartment building, gated community, or office property depends on accurate underlying property data, and this position owns the integrity of that data. We are seeking a detailed data-driven professional with a track record of maintaining accuracy in high-volume work, enabling 1-CA, resolving conflicting information across multiple sources, and partnering across teams to correct problems at the root rather than the symptom. You will maintain the data that delivery systems depend on, verify them against outside sources, resolve discrepancies between recorded and actual conditions, and investigate access issues reported from the field.
Key job responsibilities
Property Data Accuracy and Verification: Review, update, and maintain property and address records in internal systems, ensuring each record reflects what exists at the physical location. Validate data against 3P data sources and public listings to confirm completeness and accuracy before closing work. Discrepancy Research and Resolution: Investigate differences between recorded information and actual property conditions, working to root cause rather than surface symptoms; Partner with sales and field teams to confirm correct details when information Field Issue Investigation: Research access issues reported by delivery teams, identify the underlying cause, and take corrective action; Recognize patterns across repeat issues and raise them so they can be addressed systemically Documentation and Reporting: Document every record worked, including findings and changes made, so downstream teams can follow the work without re-deriving it; Report completed volume at the end of each shift to support tracking against weekly team targets Automation & Process Improvement: Use internal tool/software to complete daily work and report defects and gaps to the teams building those tools; Identify manual steps that could be automated and build roadmap
A day in the life
You start by reviewing your assigned work queue and the day's priorities, then work records one at a time: pull the existing information, compare it against outside sources, correct what is wrong, and write up what you changed. When details are missing or cannot be verified, you submit a correction request or ask a partner team to confirm. Later in the day you may pick up issues reported by field teams that need investigation. You close by reporting your completed volume. Your customers are delivery drivers, residents, and the teams that bring new properties onboard.
