- Run the monthly Rhythm of Business planning cadence, including scheduling, content coordination, and follow-through on action items

- Draft and publish the WFS BizOps Brief — the primary monthly communication vehicle for org-wide action items, FYIs, and goals status

- Maintain and evolve the team wiki as the central source of truth for processes, SOPs, and team resources

- Facilitate cross-team alignment on strategic goals and initiatives, coordinating between multiple stakeholder groups and leadership levels

- Partner with LT to prepare and run goal review sessions, including pre-read materials, feedback cycles, and submission timelines

- Drive operational rigor through structured cadences, clear ownership models, and proactive stakeholder management

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field
- 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or project/program management experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- Experience managing operational planning cycles (goal-setting, business reviews, status tracking)
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in business operations, program management, or operational planning roles
- Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting executive-level documents, briefs, and goal language
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred), SharePoint, and executive communication formats

Preferred qualifications

- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
