Sr Learning Business Partner, Global Operations Learning & Development (GOLD) LATAM Go to Market Team

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. · Sao Paulo, Brazil · Human Resources

Full-timeSenior

About the role

Amazon is seeking a high-performing, customer-obsessed Senior Learning Business Partner to drive Learning & Development initiatives across the LATAM region.

In this role, you will own a portfolio of Go-to-Market program delivery for LATAM, deploying leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling solutions that strengthen the manager-employee relationship and equip leaders to drive customer obsession and employee trust. You will act as a strategic partner between Operations, HR, and Product teams, ensuring measurable business impact at scale.

The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for both the customer and the learner. You communicate with clarity and conviction, bring proven project management capability, and navigate competing priorities with composure. You are equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders as you are diving deep into compliance data. You leverage AI tools confidently to drive efficiency and innovation in your work.

We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is relentless about continuous improvement. This role requires fungibility — the ability to flex across programs, markets, and priorities as the business evolves, delivering results regardless of the domain.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of L&D programs across LATAM, driving compliance, quality, and learner experience

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior Operations and HR stakeholders to align learning solutions with business priorities

- Track and report program metrics — using data to identify gaps, drive improvement, and tell the story of L&D impact

- Manage program planning cycles: population identification, session scheduling, facilitator coordination, and stakeholder communications

- Partner with Product teams on content feedback, continuous improvement, regionalization, and new program pilots

- Drive stakeholder communications to a high standard of clarity and professionalism, in both English and Portuguese

- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across planning, communications, data analysis, and reporting

- Flex across markets and programs as priorities shift, stepping into gaps with minimal ramp-up
