About the role

About Wing:

Wing offers drone delivery as a safe, fast, and sustainable solution for last mile logistics. Consumer appetites for on-demand services are increasing, but current delivery methods are inefficient, costly, and contribute to road accidents and air pollution. Wing’s fleet of highly automated delivery drones can transport small packages directly from businesses to homes on-demand, in minutes. We design, build, and operate our aircraft, and offer drone delivery services on two continents. Our technology is designed to be easy to integrate into existing delivery and logistics networks, offering a scalable drone delivery solution for a broad range of businesses. Wing is a part of Google's parent company, Alphabet, and our mission is to create the preferred means of delivery for the planet. If you're ready to do the greatest work of your life, come join us.

About the Role:

Wing is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join our Commercial Real Estate team. This role is based remotely in the United States.

As Wing accelerates drone delivery from experimental pilot operations to standardized, large-scale commercial deployments across multiple markets, we are expanding our real estate footprint. In this role, you will serve as the primary engine for end-to-end lease execution, site lifecycle management, and partner launch coordination. You will work closely with institutional landlords, external brokerage and transaction management teams, direct commercial partners, and internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Site Launch, Flight Operations, and Permitting) to ensure frictionless site onboarding and deployment velocity. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing complex transaction pipelines, and is eager to grow into a key partner-facing lead for our expanding Nest infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the tactical execution pipeline for real estate leases and licenses across expanding metro markets, ensuring documents move seamlessly through legal redlines, landlord reviews, DocuSign approvals, and internal ticketing systems.
  • Review new site intake evaluations, interface with external Transaction Managers (TMs) and brokers, and bridge communication between Landlords and Wing’s Site Launch team to finalize structural and parking site plans.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for property managers and institutional landlords during site onboarding and launch phases, resolving localized access, vendor badging, and municipal documentation needs.
  • Oversee external Transaction Managers within internal systems (Monday.com), holding partners accountable to delivery timelines, SLA milestones, and operational data integrity.
  • Directly coordinate leasing processes for priority enterprise accounts and direct partners where third-party broker coverage is not utilized.
  • Build, audit, and maintain portfolio databases and dashboards to track lease critical dates, options, renewals, and regulatory compliance ahead of scaling renewal cycles.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Partnerships, Flight Operations, Permitting, and Legal to remove bottlenecks and scale Nest deployment velocity across active markets.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2–4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate operations, transaction management, lease administration, or partner operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Urban Planning, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial lease structures, standard legal terms/clauses, exhibit requirements (site plans, work letters), and end-to-end execution workflows.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume, cross-functional transaction workflows utilizing CRM/project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, Buganizer, or Accord).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience interfacing directly with institutional landlords, property managers, and broker networks.
