Amazon Logistics is launching a centralized team to define and implement a scalable solution for last-mile routing and scheduling in the increasingly complex delivery network. Central Routing and Scheduling is a key strategic initiative with a vision to transform the way Delivery Stations operate. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for scrappy innovation, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity to create world-class customer experiences.
As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for executing routing and planning for up to 6 assigned stations and tens of thousands of packages. Through use of tools and coordination with the station, you will be accountable for cost, customer experience, and delivery partner experience. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing best practices and standard work for the network.
Key job responsibilities
· Responsible for last-mile customer experience, last-mile cost, and delivery partner experience
· Use data-driven decision making to achieve daily operational excellence.
· Leverage quantitative analysis to identify best practices that improve customer, cost, and delivery partner outcomes
· Develop processes and systems to achieve metrics, often requiring scrappy solutions to temporarily overcome technical limitations. The ability to scale will be critical to all processes.
- 1+ years of customer service or back-office roles in corporate environments experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
