- Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning process including five-year plan, operating budget, capital budget, and company strategy.
- Partner with business units to understand financial performance and develop/implement action plans to achieve objectives.
- Provide thorough and thoughtful financial analysis to drive better informed decision-making.
- Partner with business partners in developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders.
- Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgement and discretion.
- Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and financial modeling.
- Experience extracting, validating and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders.
- Collaborative and service focused, comfortable working with employees at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently while achieving desired performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
