Creative Specialist, Artwork, Prime Video Localization Operations

Amazon Development Centre (India) Private Limited · Bengaluru, India · Entertainment and Studio

Full-time

About the role

Come build the future of entertainment with us. Are you interested in shaping the future of movies and television? Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching?
Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies — all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. Our operations team ensures that millions of customers across the globe receive visually compelling, culturally appropriate, and linguistically accurate content experiences by reviewing and refining artwork for publishing on Prime Video.
In this role, you will be the senior creative practitioner and quality benchmark for artwork — independently producing and correcting assets to Prime Video's creative and quality bar, and setting the working standard the broader operations team calibrates to. Operating with full ownership and without routine supervision, you will make the craft call on every asset you touch, refine non-compliant artwork until it is visually compelling and drives customer engagement, and translate your hands-on judgment into structured signals that improve our tools over time. This is a role for an accomplished creative professional who combines a strong design background with independent judgment and the credibility to define what “good” looks like for a global audience.

Key job responsibilities
• Validate and/or correct artwork in collaboration with studios (Cover, Background, and Poster variants) to Prime Video's creative and quality standards — making images visually compelling, aesthetically strong, and effective at driving customer engagement, without routine escalation.
• Set the working quality standard the broader team calibrates to — serving as the hands-on benchmark for what a correct, compelling asset looks like.
• Review metadata and content references to understand the creative intent of each title before finishing its artwork.
• Own the craft decision on every asset you touch, exercising independent judgment on compliance, visual appeal, and compellingness.
• Translate operational and editorial judgment into structured, actionable feedback that improves tool accuracy and output quality over time — capturing craft as reusable signal rather than one-off edits.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our production tools, synthesizing production experience into clear guidance for science and engineering teams.
• Champion a human-centered approach to AI — using AI as a tool that augments human creativity, never replaces it, and help define the quality and ethical guardrails for how it is used in production.
• Proactively identify process gaps and quality issues, propose solutions, and mentor team members on creative best practices as the team scales.

About the team
We are a brand new operations team within Prime Video, dedicated to ensuring that every piece of artwork displayed on the platform is compliant with our guidelines and standards, visually appealing, and compelling enough to drive customers to engage with Prime Video content. Based in Bangalore, India, the team operates at the intersection of technology and creative quality — reviewing and refining artwork across multiple languages and territories. As an early member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes from the ground up, influence the development of our production tools, and directly impact how millions of global customers discover and engage with Prime Video's content catalog.
