The Role:
Netflix is looking for a Coordinator to join the Production Management team supporting Indonesia titles. This person will support productions from early planning through delivery, working closely with the Production Management team, other Netflix teams, and outside partners.

How We Work
Our content strategy starts with Creativity — generating new ideas. Innovation is turning those ideas into results that matter, and always pushing to do better than before. Risk-Taking is what makes Innovation possible.
Creativity without Risk-Taking stays safe and eventually runs out of bold ideas. Risk-Taking without Creativity leads to bets made without real thought. We need both, working together, to build Innovation — and Innovation is what turns single good moments into lasting momentum for the business.
