Head of Ad Tech Sales LATAM, Ads International Expansion

Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. · Sao Paulo, Brazil · Ad Sales

Full-timeDirector

About the role

Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions - including display, video, and custom ads - leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more.

Displaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers, and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. A strong knowledge of the programmatic trading landscape is important. Candidates will be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Amazon Advertising’s ambitious growth plans.

In order to accelerate the next phase of Amazon Advertising’s development in Brazil, we’re looking for a Head of Ad Tech Sales, LATAM. This role will lead a team of Ad Tech Account Executives across Brazil and Mexico, driving ADSP revenue growth by demonstrating the differentiated value of Amazon's Ad Tech stack — including Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), first-party data integrations, and API/MCP solutions.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead a team of Ad Tech Account Executives focused on accelerating advertiser and agency adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech solutions across LATAM
• Partner closely with Ad Sales teams to bring the AdTech value proposition to advertisers and agencies, enabling revenue growth through technical credibility and solution delivery.
• Develop and execute go-to-market motions that demonstrate the incremental value of Amazon's Ad Tech capabilities — including first-party data activation, audience strategy, measurement, and programmatic solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical sales team with clear input/output metrics and mechanisms to drive business outcomes
• Drive internal enablement programs to upskill the broader sales organization on Ad Tech fundamentals, reducing dependency on specialist resources for foundational conversations
• Lead external education and thought leadership with agencies and advertisers to position Amazon as the preferred Ad Tech partner in the region
• Influence Product roadmap development based on customer needs and competitive dynamics in LATAM
