About the role

Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer.
Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect.
Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement.
Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work.
Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues
Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments
Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.


Key job responsibilities

2+ years working experiences
Work at flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays if needed
Good at MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently.
Customer oriented mindset, have a sense of urgency in completing all departmental and personal goals
Willing to take additional duties/tasks assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
Good written/read communication skills in English


About the team
The ACT operations team is a team of customs brokers managing the import duty requirements of FBA and external products. We have INLT LLC in US (a subsidiary of Amazon) and 3rd party customs broker in EU & UK, responsible for filing customs entries for goods.

Basic qualifications

- Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis

Preferred qualifications

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transporation, supply chain, or business
- Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
