About the role
This is a mid-level position ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in IT Risk Management.
We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Manager with deep expertise in data integrity, data governance, and AI-driven automation to join our 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) IT Risk team. This role will be instrumental in establishing and operationalizing our data integrity controls framework, advancing AI-powered automation of IT risk processes, and supporting data governance initiatives across our payment regulated entities
Key job responsibilities
Data Integrity:
• Design, implement, and maintain the 1LOD data integrity controls framework across critical systems and regulated entities
• Develop and execute data integrity testing programs to validate the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data across IT systems
• Define data integrity key risk indicators (KRIs) and establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms
• Identify data integrity risks through risk assessments and recommend remediation strategies
Data Governance:
• Support the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures across the IT risk domain
• Define data ownership, data stewardship, and accountability frameworks for IT risk data assets
• Establish data quality management processes for model inputs, IT asset registers, and risk reporting
• Drive data lineage mapping and metadata management for key IT risk data flows
Automation & AI:
• Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered automation for IT risk processes
• Contribute to AI/ML model risk management from a 1LOD perspective, ensuring AI models (including KYC, screening, and DPS systems) are treated as ICT assets subject to data integrity and governance controls
IT Risk Management:
• Contribute to the annual IT Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, IT risk management, data governance, or data quality management within financial services or a regulated environment
- Knowledge of data lineage, metadata management, and data cataloging tools
- Experience building or deploying AI-driven automation solutions
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent IT Risk, Governance, Security Strategy certification.

Basic qualifications
- Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM)- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Risk Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, IT risk management, data governance, or data quality management within financial services or a regulated environment
- Knowledge of data lineage, metadata management, and data cataloging tools
- Experience building or deploying AI-driven automation solutions
Preferred qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent IT auditing and risk certification.- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent IT Risk, Governance, Security Strategy certification.
