Program Manager III, Inbound Supply Chain, Amazon Middle East, Africa & Türkiye (MEATR) Supply Chain

Amazon Turkey Operasyon Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi · Istanbul, Turkey · Program Management

Full-timeLead

About the role

The MEATR Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Manager III to lead Inbound Supply Chain planning for Turkey. This role sits within the centralized supply chain planning function and owns end-to-end program management for inbound flow and network execution readiness across the TR network. The role partners closely with Operations, Business, and Planning teams to optimize inventory flow, improve inbound visibility, and standardize planning processes in alignment with regional frameworks — while driving business ownership of forecast accuracy, delivery experience, vendor performance, and cost optimization across the inbound lifecycle.
This is a senior individual-contributor program management role requiring the candidate to define, launch, and scale programs independently, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and represent TR inbound readiness in leadership-level reviews (MBRs, SSOPs, Peak Summit, Leadership review cycles).

Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end short-term and long-term planning, forecasting, and capacity management for TR Inbound Supply Chain operations, executing both Business-As-Usual (BAU) and Peak event readiness
• Lead Monthly MBRs, driving structured discussions with Operations and Business to align on targets, risks, and mitigations
• Own business accountability for forecast accuracy metrics — driving root-cause analysis and corrective action when actuals deviate from plan, and building forward-looking guardrails to catch deviations earlier
• Drive tactical execution and mid-cycle course-correction mechanisms to ensure inbound actuals trend closer to plan forecast, particularly through peak and event windows
• Lead deal ASIN-level inventory ramp-up planning for promotional and peak events, ensuring inventory availability is synchronized with demand and vendor capacity
• Own vendor experience for inbound — including capacity commitments, delivery compliance, and operational management, escalating and resolving systemic vendor risks
• Own seller experience metrics tied to inbound flow, ensuring seller-facing SLAs and visibility are maintained through planning and execution
• Own delivery experience across the inbound network, spanning pre-delivery experience metrics (e.g., appointment scheduling, on-time arrivals, dock readiness) and post-delivery experience metrics (e.g., receive SLA, discrepancy resolution)
• Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives across inbound operations, partnering with Finance to quantify, prioritize, and track savings
• Contribute to VBI programs, Business MBRs, and Event Learning Reviews, translating insights into measurable, owner-assigned actions
• Support S&OP alignment by synchronizing inbound and capacity inputs across TR, adopting and adapting best practices from the broader ROW network
• Identify process gaps and design scalable, proactive issue-resolution mechanisms rather than reactive escalation
• Identify and document technical and data requirements for TR planning workflows; partner with SCOT, SHARP, and other technology teams to onboard planning capabilities and automation features
• Support network design and planning inputs for OP1/OP2/3YF long-range planning cycles
• Gather requirements and conceptualize inbound network solutions and supply chain models; make optimal trade-offs between schedule, resources, scope, and cost
• Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and launch new programs; manage technical integration touchpoints across retail, fulfillment, transportation, and finance technologies
• Set up end-to-end operational and financial performance measurement processes to track program impact against forecast, cost, and experience metrics
