About the role
In the EU, we continue to see an unprecedented wave of legislation affecting the Selling Partner (SP) experience. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in the EU, making compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.
This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead and transform a Bangalore-based team of 65 people. As the Manager, you will establish the critical operational foundations required for long-term success. These include, but are not limited to: (1) ensuring Operations meet SLAs and accuracy goals; (2) defining the long-term strategy; and (3) implementing regular business reviews to track progress.
You will also play a pivotal role in improving the team's productivity and compliance by using AI to identify and address operational gaps.

Key job responsibilities
(1) Ensure Operations meet SLAs and accuracy goals.
(2) Automate and optimize processes to improve team productivity and accuracy.
(3) Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring policy compliance across all critical processes.
(4) Challenge the status quo and simplify processes for your team and Selling Partners.
(5) Work with Tech teams and 3P de-risking managers to drive automation.
(6) Coach and develop team members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures
- - Experience automating complex operations processes to increase productivity.
- - Experience simplifying Operations processes to improve the Sellers' experience.

- Experience managing direct reports- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
