About the role
CRO
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy Ownership: Define and execute the end-to-end revenue strategy, aligning sales processes, targets, and pipelines to the growth goals of US-based clients.
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales function day-to-day — setting priorities, coaching the team, and holding performance accountable against clear metrics.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, overseeing outreach, and guiding deals from first contact through close.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key accounts, establishing trust and ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
Process & Playbook Design: Develop repeatable, scalable sales processes and documentation that the team can execute consistently across US company targets.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on revenue KPIs, providing visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to course-correct.
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
5 or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets — ideally within or selling into US-based companies.
Demonstrated experience managing or leading a sales function, not just contributing as an individual performer.
Strong command of the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Clear, confident communicator in English — written and verbal — with the ability to engage C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment with US-based teams.
Perfect Fit / Culture
Owns outcomes end-to-end — you do not wait to be told what needs attention; you identify it and act.
Communicates proactively and precisely across time zones, keeping stakeholders informed without being prompted.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level — equally at home designing a sales playbook and jumping on a closing call.
Brings a coaching mindset to the team: you raise others' performance, not just your own.
Typical Day
You start the day by reviewing pipeline health and flagging any deals that need attention before the US business day opens. Mid-morning, you join a sync with the sales team to unblock blockers and align on daily priorities. The rest of your day splits between async work — refining outreach sequences, reviewing proposals, updating reporting — and live calls with US-based prospects or clients. You are the connective tissue between strategy and execution, which means no two days are identical, but the rhythm of pipeline review, team touchpoints, and stakeholder communication stays consistent.
Salary / Hours / Location
Working Hours: Overlap with US business hours required.
Location: Philippines, Pakistan, or Latin America — fully remote.
