Senior Product Manager, Central Shopping Experience
ASSPL - Karnataka · Bengaluru, India · Product Management
Full-timeSenior
About the role
This role is part of the IES Shopping team and owns the mission of helping every emerging shopper instantly discover, understand, and act on the best value available to them — surfacing personalized savings across the shopping funnel from Home page to Cart — driving purchase confidence and conversion across emerging markets worldwide.
Emerging shoppers are highly price-sensitive and compare offers across retailers — yet face a fragmented value landscape: savings are scattered across different promotion types with no unified view of their true net effective price. Shoppers miss applicable savings, struggle to compare cost-to-own, and abandon purchases because the "best price" is unclear. This role exists to unify that value narrative at scale — combining all savings instruments into a single, transparent, personalized view and ensuring every shopper can maximize savings and make every purchase feel affordable.
Key job responsibilities
-Define and drive the long-term Value CX vision and roadmap — Own the multi-year strategy for savings discovery and value communication across emerging markets. Translate business strategy and voice of shopper into a prioritized, logically sequenced product roadmap. Create buy-in with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
-Own execution from requirements through launch — Partner with UX and engineering to develop high-quality requirements, manage scope, and deliver key capabilities on time. Create and execute go-to-market plans, drive adoption, and continually optimize based on performance metrics.
-Partner across business and technology teams — Influence Payments, Affordability, Marketing, and global platform teams to integrate savings instruments into a unified value experience. Drive prioritization of emerging-market requirements in global partner roadmaps.
-Operate with strategic range — Be equally comfortable generating a 3-year vision and executing hands-on, day-to-day problem solving with quick, effective action plans. Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
