About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex cross-functional programs within our Control Tower team. You will drive structural fixes and automation initiatives while managing ambiguous, high-complexity challenges that span across organizations. In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute strategic roadmaps that deliver meaningful impact. Your ability to navigate uncertainty and drive resolution in complex situations will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements and optimization.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive roadmaps for automation initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration to implement structural fixes that address root causes of complex issues
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to align on program priorities, analyze metrics, and ensure successful delivery of critical business objectives
Lead program reviews with regional and cross-functional stakeholders, analyzing data to provide meaningful insights and ensure alignment on protection goals and business impact
Streamline processes by identifying improvement opportunities, eliminating excess procedures, and implementing best practices that increase efficiency and scale
Design and maintain communication strategies for organizational changes, managing stakeholder expectations while effectively influencing teams to adapt to new initiatives

A day in the life
Your day typically begins with reviewing roadmap progress, identifying any blockers that require attention. Throughout the day, you'll participate in stakeholder calls to align priorities and maintain momentum on key initiatives. You'll collaborate with technical and business teams to advance automation projects, evaluate operational data during daily business reviews, and work through complex ambiguity to drive resolution. Each day presents unique challenges that require your problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
