Multiple Positions Available:
- Plan, design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion and continuous improvement of worldwide fulfillment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale industrial engineering projects using MS Excel, AutoCad and MS Project.
- Work with complex Material Handling Systems, packaging equipment and other processing gear to design safe and efficient fulfillment processes
- Use Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze Fulfillment Center processes and equipment and recommend and implement improvements to safety procedures, work processes and labor standards
- Lead and coordinate design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment specification, material flow, process design, and site layout.
- Manage capital projects and create conceptual drawings, equipment specifications and bid documentation to facilitate a competitive bid environment.
- Monitor and enforce project schedules and quality with vendors or subcontractors. Inspect facilities in accordance with corporate standards and procedures relating to material handling, processing and storage.
- Develop and manage budget and contract documents including Requests for Proposals, change order controls, purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with local site management to ensure proper operator training, procedural compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment. Domestic travel up to 75% may be required to perform role responsibilities.
(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $94765 - $114900)

progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience must include:
1) 2 years of experience utilizing AutoCAD to design or provide
engineering input on technical projects.
2) 2 years of experience utilizing analytical tools to design data
charts and graphs including strategic layout design and planning.
3) 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams during
different stages of a project and making informed engineering
decisions to guide the project/product lifecycle.
