TogetherWork is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to help build, manage, and optimize the systems, processes, data, and technology that power marketing across our portfolio of 20+ software products.

This role will serve as a key contributor in managing our enterprise HubSpot environment and work closely with the Director of Performance Operations and broader Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to build a scalable Marketing Operations foundation across the organization. You’ll help ensure our technology and processes effectively support integrated campaigns, lead management, attribution, reporting, nurture, outbound, and the broader buyer journey.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong strategic Marketing Operations judgment with deep hands-on HubSpot expertise. This person should be comfortable moving between designing scalable processes and directly building workflows, troubleshooting integrations and data syncs, configuring automation, and solving platform issues.

What You’ll Do

  • HubSpot Administrator: Serve as a primary administrator and subject-matter expert for our enterprise HubSpot environment supporting 20+ products, including platform ownership, architecture, governance, automation, and integrations with Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
  • Build Scalable Marketing Operations Processes: Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to establish and maintain the processes, standards, and infrastructure that support integrated campaigns, lifecycle management, lead routing, scoring, nurture, outbound, landing pages, forms, and other marketing programs.
  • Improve Data, Attribution & Measurement: Work closely with Analytics, Revenue Operations, and Marketing stakeholders to improve marketing data quality, attribution, funnel measurement, campaign reporting, and visibility into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish Platform Governance & Standards: Develop and maintain scalable standards for campaign architecture, data management, lifecycle stages, naming conventions, consent and preference management, automation, and HubSpot usage across the organization.
  • Enable Marketing Teams: Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and other teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable solutions while improving execution speed, consistency, and marketer self-service.
  • Optimize the Buyer Journey: Support ongoing improvements to how prospects move through the funnel, including lead capture, qualification, routing, Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, nurture, and re-engagement.
  • Drive Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, simplify workflows, improve data quality, and make the Marketing Operations infrastructure more efficient and scalable.
  • Lead Key Marketing Operations Initiatives: Act as a subject-matter expert and project lead for cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Analytics, Product, and Technology stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise, with the ability to immediately build and troubleshoot complex workflows, automation, lifecycle processes, data synchronization, integrations, forms, lists, and reporting within a sophisticated enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and revenue processes, including lifecycle management, lead management, scoring, routing, nurture, attribution, campaign operations, and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs.
  • Experience working across an integrated marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as reporting, enrichment, advertising, or other connected platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data, attribution, and reporting, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining governance, standards, and scalable operating processes within a complex organization.
  • Ability to independently manage complex initiatives and work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders.
  • A strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution — comfortable recommending the right architecture and operating model, then getting directly into HubSpot to build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and optimize it.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex operational and technical topics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing highly critical projects and systems that are integral to successful Marketing programs and overall business performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting a multi-product, multi-brand, or business-unit-based B2B organization.
  • Experience with HubSpot Enterprise features, including Business Units, custom objects, advanced workflows, attribution, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with marketing analytics or BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with ABM, intent, enrichment, outbound, or sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation consolidation, migration, or transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Get

This is an opportunity to:

  • Play a key role in building and maintaining the Marketing Operations infrastructure supporting 20+ software products.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations leadership on high-impact go-to-market initiatives.
  • Make significant contribution in HubSpot architecture, processes, automation, and governance.
  • Help improve how Togetherwork measures marketing performance, manages the buyer journey, and scales campaign execution.
  • Join a collaborative team where strong operational thinking and technical expertise can have a visible impact across the business.
