Our Playback Operations Systems Group is looking for a motivated, results-oriented, dedicated and operationally focused System Development Engineer to support the fast-evolving and expanding device automation systems, that support our live events and 24/7 linear operations. This job requires you to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks.
Key job responsibilities

Mid-morning shifts to development: enhancing automation scripts, improving device monitoring workflows, and testing changes in staging environments to reduce manual intervention during live events.
Afternoons bring cross-team collaboration—troubleshooting priority tickets with encoding and operations engineers, deploying fixes before high-profile events go live, and designing monitoring solutions that scale with Prime Video's growing live sports portfolio.
