About the Role

VCA is looking for a sharp, persistent Cold Caller to join our team, the person who makes first contact, sparks interest, and sets the stage for our sales team to close. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears from us, so confidence, clarity, and resilience matter more than a script.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction space
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Deliver a compelling opening pitch and handle early objections
• Book qualified leads for the sales team
• Log call outcomes and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Hit daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (US market experience is a plus)
• Excellent spoken English
• Comfortable with rejection and quick to move to the next call
• Strong listening skills and ability to think on your feet
• Basic CRM/data entry familiarity
• Reliable internet connection and quiet home work setup
• Available to work US business hours

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with construction, real estate, or property management terminology
• Previous B2B sales support experience

Salary: $200+ / week
