About the role
Amazon Operations is the backbone of the Amazon customer experience. With over 50 fulfilment centres, hundreds of delivery stations, and tens of thousands of employees, the team works together to efficiently deliver items to customers. In the fulfilment centres, millions of items are picked and packed annually, while delivery teams work to get orders to customers on time. As a Partner in our HR team, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported. Key job responsibilities
Support leaders at your site on HR matters
Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment
Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements
Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans
A day in the life
You’ll be based in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, Delivery Station or Sortation Centre, and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You’ll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth’s best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programs to assisting with employee relations.
No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You’ll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.
- Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English
- Experience in human resources with companies supporting employees queries
