Associate Corporate Counsel, Amazon Ads

Amazon.com Services LLC · Seattle, WA · Legal

Full-timeJunior

About the role

We are seeking a product or tech lawyer to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Amazon Ads and the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP).

ADSP is our programmatic advertising product for campaigns spanning Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps. As Associate Corporate Counsel, you will counsel the ADSP team on product development questions and ad tech issues at a time when AI is fundamentally reshaping the advertising landscape. AI-powered creative tools now allow brands to generate product-in-use videos and lifestyle imagery that previously required full production shoots, while AI-powered optimization is making full-funnel advertising simpler and more accessible. Agentic AI is also entering the commerce layer, with AI assistants beginning to influence purchasing decisions and platforms integrating paid advertising into conversational shopping experiences. These developments create novel legal questions across the ad tech stack. You will handle legal issues in business-centric ways and develop processes that address risk while allowing the business flexibility and freedom to quickly develop services that prioritize and delight our customers.
