About the role
Artemis Connection is a strategic management consultancy working across the for-profit, public and social sectors. We help clients around the world identify their most pressing strategic issues and we staff teams of strategy consultants to roll up their sleeves and deliver impact. Our founder is Christy Johnson, an entrepreneur, educator, and former McKinsey Engagement Manager. Our advisors include HR officers, executive coaches, academics, entrepreneurs, and neuroscientists. Job Description
Artemis Connection takes a distinct approach to consulting – and its Fellows Program. While it draws from the best practices of larger firms, its boutique size allows for a more supportive and personalized experience.
For years, this unique blend of expertise and mentorship has been the foundation upon which the Fellows program has thrived, drawing students from across the country to participate in the program.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Solving: Fellows learn how to problem-solve and decision-making processes. Fellows gain hands-on experience in data analysis, research, and innovative problem-solving.
Client-Facing Consulting Experience: Direct client interaction is a hallmark of the program. Fellows learn to manage client relationships and provide actionable recommendations.
Communication: Fellows Effective communication is critical in consulting. Fellows learn to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Maintain open and transparent communication with both the fellow you are supervising and your own supervisor. Report on progress, challenges, and achievements regularly.
Exploring Career Pathways: Consulting offers diverse specializations. Fellows have the opportunity to explore different areas and identify their passions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Desire to learn about consulting and problem solving methodology
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to Artemis's values and mission
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft suite
- First generation college students strongly encouraged to apply
