
Print Specialist Lead

About the role
- Print and mail production workflows, document generation, printing, inserting, and postage metering, in alignment with daily SLAs and production schedules
- Operate and maintain high-volume production print and mail equipment, including printers, inserters, and postage systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Monitor and manage print queues, job prioritization, and workflow throughput across multiple systems to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks on output, including data accuracy, formatting, and regulatory compliance for all outgoing mailings
- Validate and reconcile production outputs against source data and business rules to ensure integrity and audit readiness
- Maintain inventory controls for print materials, supplies, and consumables
- Prepare and transfer completed mailings to USPS in compliance with postal regulations and internal processing standards
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, recommending solutions, and contributing to operational best practices
- Maintain operational flexibility to support peak volumes, production deadlines, and processing as required
- Supports onboarding and training of new employees on production processes, systems, and quality standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with strong data entry accuracy
- At least 1 year of data entry or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and escalate issues when appropriate
- Demonstrated ability to accept feedback and make sound decisions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Ability to work in an on-site office environment
Additional Requirements
- Must pass drug test, MVD check, background check, and fingerprinting
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (typically 8-hour shifts)
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
