A day in the life
The Legal Assistant would start your day reviewing incoming contract requests and prioritizing execution tasks. They might spend the morning coordinating signature workflows for several commercial agreements, following up with business stakeholders on outstanding items, and updating the team's contract tracker. After lunch, they could be preparing a status report for the weekly team meeting, filing executed agreements, and responding to queries from business teams about contract timelines, or other process and administrative related tasks. Throughout the day, they’ll manage the team's calendar, flag urgent items, and look for ways to make processes smoother. No two days are exactly alike — they’ll balance routine administrative tasks with ad hoc requests, all while keeping the team organized and on track.
