Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with software, and tying it all together to the cloud. A home that anticipates our needs, takes care of us and our families, keeps us safe and healthy, and saves money and energy.


Key job responsibilities
The Sr. Channel Business Development Manager will manage and grow the channel sales business across Australia and New Zealand. This includes all aspects of the channel sales including channel account management, field sales management, creating and managing sales programs, fixture design and production, and all related vendor management. This role will serve as the owner of all channel sales activities in Japan for eero. We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can work in an extremely fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive to drive themselves in an autonomous environment. The candidate will have experience working with top electronic retailers in AU/NZ with a deep understanding of how these organizations operate. The candidate will have experience working with on-ground store teams as well as be comfortable negotiating with the central corporate management teams to drive sales from both a top-down and bottoms-up approach.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting

Preferred qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
