Role Overview
As the Vice President, Product Management - Enterprise, you are responsible for setting the strategic vision and overseeing the execution of the Enterprise product roadmap to grow Pro businesses within Franchise, Private Equity Roll Up, and Multi-location organizations. The Enterprise group at Housecall Pro is responsible for building industry-specific experiences that meet the needs of on-the-ground operators as well as the data, access, and controls needed by parent-level managers. You lead the Enterprise product management team, driving innovation, market differentiation, and Enterprise customer satisfaction. Your role is critical in defining the product strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and ensuring that the company delivers products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring products from concept to market, continually optimizing the product lifecycle for growth and profitability. You are especially fluent in working with sales in an enterprise context.

What you do each day:
- Define and articulate the strategic vision and product roadmap for Enterprise, driving growth across Franchise, Private Equity Roll Up, and Multi-location organizations while aligning with HCP's overall business objectives
- Oversee the development and execution of the Enterprise product roadmap, balancing industry-specific experiences for on-the-ground operators with the data, access, and controls required by parent-level organizations
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with other functions to align Enterprise product strategy with complex customer needs, commercial opportunities, technical feasibility, and go-to-market execution
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of departmental initiatives, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
- Oversee the department's budget, resource planning, and operational efficiency to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with financial goals
- Drive innovation and market differentiation across the Enterprise portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand product capabilities, strengthen competitive positioning, and increase Enterprise customer satisfaction
- Identify and manage risks related to the department's operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while safeguarding the company's reputation and assets
- Serve as the department's key representative at executive meetings, board presentations, and industry events, advocating for the department's needs and contributions to the overall business
- Own Enterprise product performance from concept through market adoption, using customer insights, market signals, and business performance to continuously optimize the portfolio for growth and profitability
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Deep experience partnering with Enterprise Sales organizations to navigate complex customer requirements, inform commercial opportunities, and translate market needs into scalable product strategy
- Significant expertise in Enterprise product strategy, market research, product lifecycle management, and translating customer and market insights into scalable product investments
- Experience working with SaaS or Fintech platforms
- Experience with budget management and resource planning
- Track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into organizational strategy and operations to accelerate innovation and scale

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $X. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
