Key job responsibilities
We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to support the Amazon Leo Government (ALG) team focusing on DoD and National Security customers. This position will be based in in the Northern Virginia area and will be part of the ALG team defining, managing and executing International Government customer demonstrations. The demonstrations utilize Leo Products and Services and consist of strategic and tactical use cases. This is a unique opportunity to innovate and define groundbreaking wireless technology with few legacy constraints. This position manages demonstrations from initial request through execution and follow up.

In this role you will:
• Design International Government demonstration strategies to use resources efficiently while delighting customers
• Lead International Government demonstrations working closely with BD, Product Management and Operations teams
• Analyze and minimize potential risks and blocker to successful demonstration execution
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary project teams and communicate direction with end customers

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
