The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a FC Trainer who mentor/guide Process assistants, associates a towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.
Job Deliverables:
1. Administrative management of associates and Process assistants
2. Job allocation to associates
3, Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
4. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
5. Partnership with FC departments IB, OB and FCD
Key job responsibilities
1. Access Management : New hire login creation and permission management for new and existing resources
2. Shift Coverage : Support Provide shift-level coverage for training operations and administrative support
3. Training Progress Reporting : Track and report training progress across assigned sites

Basic qualifications
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

Key job responsibilities
-Deliver regional training for 3P training teams across assigned Fulfillment Center sites; ensure timely refresher training for associates needing improvement in quality performance
-Monitor associate maturity with a focus on quality performance metrics, and track readiness for hiring
-Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of learning programs; develop customised learning solutions that optimise performance and promote policy compliance
-Ensure L&D curriculum is accurately tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System; assist in developing standardised learning management processes, procedures, and templates
-Measure program effectiveness and scalability using continuous feedback loops to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and create scalable solutions that improve learner retention
-Provide actionable feedback for training module improvements based on field observations and training effectiveness data
-Handle training-related escalations, coordinating with site operations teams for swift resolution; independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on training priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
