As Marketing Campaign Operations Manager, you will own and build the operational
infrastructure behind how our campaign marketing teams plan and launch titles to market.
This role is focused on designing systems, workflows, and mechanisms that drive
operational excellence across the business.

You will work across Brand, Creative, Production, Social, and partner teams to gather
requirements, build centralised solutions, and drive adoption of scalable ways of working.
You will be solutions-driven, comfortable with AI tooling, and energised by turning
complexity into clarity for teams.

Key job responsibilities
Own and develop campaign marketing operations, including implementation of AI
solutions, working alongside multiple partner teams.
Build new operational approaches and tooling to manage workflows — trackers,
workback frameworks, intake systems, and dashboards.
Drive key strategic projects, including strategic direction, implementation plans,
stakeholder alignment and adoption.
Gather requirements from multiple teams and design centralised workflows and
mechanisms that ensure seamless ways of working across Marketing.
Track, analyse and report results to give leadership and teams visibility into pipeline,
milestones, and delivery.
Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make
recommendations for trade-offs, and meet delivery timelines.
Dive deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective, scalable solutions,
with a focus on saving time for teams and providing easy access to critical information

Basic qualifications

- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
