Creative Specialist, Artwork, Prime Video Localization Operations
ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ · Bengaluru, India · Entertainment and Studio
Full-time
About the role
Come build the future of entertainment with us. Are you interested in shaping the future of movies and television? Do you want to define the next generation of how and what Amazon customers are watching?
Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies — all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. Our operations team ensures that millions of customers across the globe receive visually compelling, culturally appropriate, and linguistically accurate content experiences by reviewing and refining artwork for publishing on Prime Video.
In this role, you will be a creative practitioner producing and correcting artwork to Prime Video’s creative and quality bar. Working to the standard the operations team calibrates to, you will exercise sound craft judgment on the assets you handle, refine non-compliant artwork until it is visually compelling and drives customer engagement, and escalate complex or ambiguous cases when needed. This is a role for a capable creative professional who combines a solid design background with an eye for quality and a passion for delivering a world-class viewing experience to a global audience.
Key job responsibilities
• Validate and/or correct artwork in collaboration with studios (Cover, Background, and Poster variants) to Prime Video’s creative and quality standards — making images visually compelling, aesthetically strong, and effective at driving customer engagement.
• Apply the team’s established quality standard consistently across the assets you handle, escalating complex or ambiguous cases for guidance.
• Review metadata and content references to understand the creative intent of each title before finishing its artwork.
• Exercise sound, independent judgment on the individual assets you touch — assessing compliance, visual appeal, and compellingness.
• Capture recurring issues and edits as clear, structured feedback that helps improve tool accuracy and output quality over time.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our production tools, sharing production experience with science and engineering teams.
• Support a human-centered approach to AI — using AI as a tool that augments human creativity, never replaces it, and working within the quality and ethical guardrails defined for its use in production.
• Identify process gaps and quality issues, propose improvements, and share learnings with the team — contributing to onboarding and training as the team scales.

- • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital artwork creation, or image editing
