The Order to Cash (O2C) Order and Partner Management team within AWS Professional Services (ProServe) enables global order processing, invoicing, revenue reporting and forecasting, and financial audit capabilities. We're seeking an experienced, self-directed Order and Partner Specialist to support our rapidly growing ProServe practice's internal and partner operations, offering unique exposure to ProServe operations while driving scalable solutions that accelerate enterprise cloud adoption.

In this role, you will:
-Manage daily operations across AWS contract enablement, project accounting, and external partner relationships, ensuring accurate project setup aligned with contracts and overseeing subcontracting policy governance
- Support field teams and sellers in creating agreements and executing customer-focused engagements while managing operational queues within established SLAs
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Legal, Operations, Systems, Contracting, Billing, AR, Tax, Accounting, Finance, and external partners) to drive alignment and execution
- Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to monitor data quality, report program metrics to stakeholders, and drive process optimization through analysis, automation, and system improvement recommendations
- Troubleshoot operational issues, maintain Salesforce article documentation, and provide audit support

The successful candidate will bring proven Business Operations experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, a demonstrated ability to influence change in fast-paced, high-intensity environments, and a passion for shaping and optimizing operations within AWS's fastest-growing business.


Key job responsibilities
• Own Project accounting setup for Professional Services in EMEA and AMER regions
• Evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
• Facilitate scoping meetings with subject-matter-experts and project leads
• Design and deliver training materials across platforms (Amazon Policy 2.0, Wiki, Training platforms)
• Develop scalable, reusable content for global audiences
• Monitor and improve organizational effectiveness as a trusted advisor
• Implement continuous improvements to Order and Partner Operations, sales, and program management

Basic qualifications

- 4+ years of using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience using ERP/CRM/Commission software, and various data warehouse systems

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in accounting with accruals and receivables
- Experience working in a sales or sales support role
- Experience working with or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
- Experience working within a high-growth technology company
