About the role
Amazon Web Services ("AWS") enables customers of all sizes to run their applications on Amazon's industry-leading cloud computing infrastructure. AWS is growing very rapidly with hundreds of thousands of companies in over 190 countries on the platform. AWS has a strong culture of data-driven decision-making; requiring timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that delivers significant business value. We're looking for a hands-on and motivated leader who's passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the partner business and influence decision-making, while building and developing a high-performing team.

We serve these partners as customers, leading the transformation agenda at a global scale with technology-enabled strategy, new lines of business collaboration, and market-shaping solutions. This role is responsible for the definition and landing of strategy, spearheading of key business development motions at executive levels across the customer/partner/and Amazon landscape, and operational enablement and evolution of the organization.
This role leads a team of business management and data experts supporting the GSP Sales global agenda. A servant-leader people management skill is critical for the success of this role. This role is standard bearer of high-performance leadership and Amazon Leadership Principles. Further, this role serves as evangelist to top leadership across GSP Sales’ partner portfolio and throughout Amazon.
