We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Seller Manager to join our pioneering team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the dedicated owner of the instock function on behalf of sellers — ensuring seller inventory health, product availability, and supply chain efficiency across the platform.
As a Senior Seller Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between Amazon's operational capabilities and the sellers who depend on us to drive their instock performance. You will partner closely with sellers to diagnose root causes of instock gaps, implement scalable solutions, and build the processes that ensure sustained product availability for customers.
The ideal candidate thrives on ambiguity and excels at first-principle problem-solving. You are someone who can connect the dots across diverse workstreams, managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve breakthrough results.

Key job responsibilities
From selection optimization to sourcing strategies, network design, transshipment planning, demand forecasting, S&OP forecasting, in-stock management, and supply chain planning – you'll be orchestrating a symphony of workstreams that cut across functions.

Basic qualifications

- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
- 6+ years of demand & supply planning experience

Preferred qualifications

- MBA
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs.
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
