About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting multiple PXT organizations. This role partners with senior executive leaders across Senior Talent and Transformation (STT) — including Executive Compensation, Executive Talent Management, Recruiting, Product, Engineering, Science, and more.

This HR Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, influencing and collaborating with HR professionals at all levels. The role requires a seasoned HRBP who can work independently, establish and execute long- and short-term human capital strategies, make tradeoffs where necessary, and take a hands-on approach while interfacing effectively with professionals at all levels.

This role is accountable for driving global initiatives and projects including workforce planning, organizational design, location strategy, long-range operating plans, employee relations, and fostering an AI-enabled culture. The role demands someone equally comfortable analyzing workforce metrics as they are ideating how AI adoption can drive the business forward or advising senior leaders on sensitive topics. Key job responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent strategy supporting business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful, and innovative work environment

- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, and skills assessment and development

- Use data and organizational health metrics to inform decisions and keep leadership apprised of trends

- Partner with cross-functional HR teams to enable managers, address employee relations matters, and drive results

- Lead or contribute to cross-team and cross-organizational HR projects

- Own and lead strategic projects at multiple levels of the organization

A day in the life
- Start your morning collaborating with executive leaders on strategic workforce planning

- Partner with recruitment to design innovative hiring strategies for critical roles

- Attend a product review to deepen understanding of the longer-term vision and the talent levers needed to achieve it

- Coach leaders through organizational changes and growth opportunities

- Analyze attrition and engagement data to develop targeted retention initiatives

- Lead discussion sessions on how AI tools can drive business impact across product and design teams

- Drive inclusive leadership practices through team development sessions

- Shape compensation strategies that reward excellence and innovation

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization
- Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching
- Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment
- -10+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee experience.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others
- Can work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience leading and influencing your team or organization, or experience managing teams
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint
- Master's degree or above
- -Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
