Full-time
About the role
Come be a part of Amazon's dynamic Live Sports Production team. We are looking for an experienced Coordinating Producer to serve as a centralised production lead across all our live sports properties in the LATAM region.
The Live Sports team is responsible for delivering high-quality event and studio productions on all global live sports properties to customers worldwide, across all Prime Video product lines and devices. We are responsible for the on-screen customer experience and drive production excellence and consistency through all our delivery.

Our operations is purpose-built around the needs of an expanding, multi-sport live portfolio rather than a single traditional broadcast network structure. We are defining and building as we evolve, and this person must be excited to roll up their sleeves and help establish the systems, relationships and workflows that will scale with us as our rights portfolio grows in LATAM.
This role requires deep knowledge and experience within live sport editorial production and programming, including current knowledge of the broadcast landscape in Brazil (and preferably the LATAM region) and have established relationships within the industry. The role will work in lockstep with EU and US production leads to define production deliverables across each property and set content strategy. The role will also work closely with internal stakeholders within Business, Marketing and Advertising Sales to ensure commercial needs of our business are operationalised. Additionally, this role will partner directly with our LATAM Production vendors to establish best practices, define operational standards for how vendors will deliver for us, and ensure alignment on processes and expectations across the vendor landscape.
The successful candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. You possess the ability to manage high volume of tasks and varied projects quickly with autonomy, react with urgency to situations that demand immediate attention, and have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
