About the role

This is a remote position.

We're seeking aPart-time, Remote Microsoft 365 Systems & Platform Administrator for 10 - 16 hours per week. You'll play a key role in bridging technical capability and daily operations in a multi-site healthcare organisation's digital workspace.

The position calls for a Microsoft 365 and SharePoint specialist to design structured document libraries, manage security groups, optimize Teams architecture, and build user-friendly workflows that support operational clarity across head office and clinical functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Online Administration:Design, develop, and maintain the organisation’s SharePoint Online environment.
  • Site & Content Architecture:Create and manage sites, document libraries, Microsoft Lists, pages, and associated structures to build logical, user-friendly information architecture across operational units, head office, and organisational functions.
  • Governance & Metadata Implementation:Implement document management structures, including metadata, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Access & Security Management:Manage permissions and access using Microsoft 365 groups and security principles while preserving clear separation of confidential, clinical, HR, operational, and general information.
  • Single Source of Truth:Support the ongoing development of SharePoint as a central, reliable organisational repository.
  • Microsoft Teams Architecture:Develop and maintain a structured Teams environment aligned with SharePoint architecture, managing channels, membership, permissions, and platform integration.
  • Information Standards:Establish and enforce clear operational guidelines regarding document storage, information placement, and communication channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years practical experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with proven technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated background in SharePoint Online design, site creation, lists, and document architecture.
  • Applied understanding of business processes, governance, access permissions, and user experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Lists andPower Platform.
