This role bridges strategy and practical application, ensuring NVIDIA achieves a strong presence at important industry events throughout the region. You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team, driving smooth event coordination and presenting NVIDIA's world-class innovation.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and coordinate NVIDIA's third-party event activities across Europe, including prominent industry conferences, trade shows, partner events, and regional activations.
Lead end-to-end event execution: from event vetting and selection through production, on-site management, and post-event reporting.
Build and maintain positive connections with European venues, agencies, and third-party event organizers.
Partner closely with regional marketing, product, and communications teams to ensure NVIDIA's presence reflects brand priorities and business goals.
Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and timelines across a dynamic, multi-event portfolio.
Serve as the primary on-the-ground lead at European events, representing NVIDIA with integrity and precision.
Identify new third-party event opportunities that align with NVIDIA's strategic priorities in the European market.
Travel extensively across Europe to complete events and build relationships in market.
What we need to see:
8+ overall years of event management experience, including at least 4 years in a management capacity leading teams of five or more with significant time managing third-party or sponsorship events at a global technology or enterprise company.
At least a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of the European events scene, encompassing major conferences, trade exhibitions, and local distinctions.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder events from concept to completion.
Experience managing event budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts across multiple countries.
Ability to operate independently in a fast paced environment, managing multiple concurrent priorities with strong attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills — able to work across time zones and cultures with equal ease.
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and occasionally globally.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong established connections with European venues, agencies, and event organizers in key markets.
Experience managing a major tech company's presence at events like MWC, Hannover Messe, or similar flagship European conferences.
Background working in a matrixed, high-growth organization where speed and agility are non-negotiable.
Experience working across both owned and third-party event formats — and knowing when each approach delivers the most value.
