About the role

We're looking for a compassionate, confident and relationship-focused RSE Pastoral Care Coordinator to support the wellbeing of our Recognised Seasonal Employees across our Hastings accommodation sites during our peak apple season. This is a fixed-term role from approximately mid-October to mid-May.
