About the role
The Executive Engagement Lead acts as a strategic advisor to the CAITO, operating as the interface between the CAITO and pan-Amazon executive offices, customer CXOs, industry teams, and other stakeholders to develop a world-class customer engagement strategy that delivers against organizational goals. You will manage priority-setting for customer selection, managing executive touchpoints, planning experiential engagements, and identifying new growth opportunities. This role requires significant autonomy, exercising independent judgment on engagement strategy, customer prioritization, and resource trade-offs.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute the engagement model for the CAITO: identify which interactions drive the greatest impact
- Develop annual/quarterly engagement plans across customers, analysts, media, and internal/external engagements
- Triage and coordinate inbound requests; collaborating with CAITO office to manage executive calendar
- Act as the primary liaison between the CAITO’s office and external stakeholders; navigate and build positive working relationships with pan-Amazon exec offices
- Support all external communications activities
- Define KPIs and ROI; scale the function as it grows
- 10+ years in executive engagement, program management, or strategic marketing
- Design programs and operational playbooks from scratch
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and technical organizations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience designing and executing large scale programs and events
- Experiencing engaging and influencing C-Level/VP-level stakeholders

- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills- 10+ years in executive engagement, program management, or strategic marketing
- Design programs and operational playbooks from scratch
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and technical organizations

- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
