This is a remote position.

Champion Physical Therapy seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk (Entry Level) for a completely remote position. This role supports our operations through accurate, timely data management—enabling our clinical teams to focus on individualized, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and update patient records—including demographics, appointment details, treatment codes, and billing data—into secure digital systems.

  • Review data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to clarify unclear data or resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized digital records, ensuring confidential and efficient access for care and billing purposes.

  • Monitor data submission workflows, flagging missing or delayed entries and proactively following up.

  • Assist with basic data reporting, compiling information to support operational or audit needs.

  • Follow established protocols to safeguard data privacy and uphold regulatory standards.

  • Suggest improvements to data entry processes to help increase efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with digital information systems.

  • Proficient typing skills and basic computer literacy (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).

  • Reliable internet access and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in reaching out to team members for clarifications.

  • Represents integrity and discretion when handling sensitive patient data.

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus—but enthusiasm and diligence are most important.
